INAUGURAL EYP MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

We have heard it from so many of you—our community’s YPs are looking for strong, successful mentors to help provide support, advice, and guidance through the crazy world that is the young professional life. We have a number of mentors from different sectors, with different long term goals, and diverse backgrounds, all ready to help you thrive. The best part? It is completely free to any paid Eugene Young Professionals member. We are building out the inaugural pilot cohort to help us continue to build and improve this program for future YPs. If you are ready to find a tight knit community, while also helping shape the program for the future, this is the perfect opportunity for you.   

The Logistics Stuff: 

• Small Groups (1 Mentor to 4-6 mentees)
• Monthly group meetings, plus additional one on ones
• Free to any current, paid Eugene YP Member
• Tentative Dates: Nov 2025 – May 2026
