Join us this month for a YP Engage with Bev Smith, Executive Director of Eugene KIDSPORTS and learn more about the Eugene Civic Alliance, the Civic Park project and engaging the community through the use of an active space. YPs are critical to this conversation as we work to build our community for right now and the future.
About Civic Park Project:
Eugene Civic Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation established to build and operate a community sports and recreation venue on the historic Civic Stadium property. ECA was founded in 2014, purchased the Civic site in 2015, and is currently engaged in a fundraising campaign to develop the site as a place where thousands of kids can discover the joy of fitness and where local sports teams can compete.
The mission of the Eugene Civic Alliance is the development and operation of a community sports and entertainment venue on the historic Civic Stadium property for the physical education and recreation of children, youth, and adults in Eugene, Oregon.
Lunch will be provided by our host 6th Street Grill!
