Ending Homelessness in Eugene: All Hands on Deck

Friday, July 28, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm

Free

Join the Eugene Chamber and Eugene City Club to learn more about our community’s challenges and solutions to homelessness. Panelilsts include Mike Coughlin, Owner at Burley Design and developer, Brittany Quick-Warner, President & CEO at Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, and Karen Saxe, Director of Policy, Advocacy & Strategic Relationships at DevNW.

“This City Club program will share recommendations from the Chamber’s research, introduce a cross-sector effort to formalize “One Regional Plan” to end homelessness, and offer insight from nonprofit sector leaders regarding our current supply of affordable housing and resources. A shared vision and innovative action are needed if homelessness is to be rare, brief and non-recurring in Eugene.  What will it take to get all hands on deck?”
