Wake up with YP & our host Brittany Waters — grab your beverage of choice & join us Thursday, 2/4, from 8-9 a.m. for your morning coffee (or tea). Don’t @ us; we’ll be keeping our distance on Zoom, of course.
Before the coffee chatting begins, Brittany Waters, Mortgage Advisor with Finance of America Mortgage in Eugene, will give a brief presentation on Preparing to Buy a Home. From the Three Cs of qualifying for a home loan to the different types of loans, it’s a non-salesy way to get a quick crash course on home buying from a fellow YP.
No need to be a YP member to attend; everyone is welcome!
More on our host: Brittany holds licenses to originate home loans in both Oregon and Arizona. Her role and mission is to analyze each home buyer’s individual profile and advise the best loan program for their unique life situation and goals. Brittany graduated from the University of Arizona then went on to teach elementary school for 6 years before shifting careers to the mortgage industry. Her education experience gives her a unique niche in explaining the complicated process of a home purchase and refinance transaction to her clients.
