More about the speakers:
Born and raised in Springfield, Hayley Radich is the Senior Director of Partner & Community Engagement for Travel Lane County. She has been with the organization since 2013 in a variety of roles, but currently oversees partner benefits, publications, and Visitor Center Operations. She has her Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Advertising from Grand Canyon University. She is currently serving as the Chair of the Leadership Eugene – Springfield Steering Committee, the Destinations International 30 Under 30 Alumni Council, and the Relief Nursery’s “Dodge for a Cause” Dodgeball Tournament fundraiser. She has previously served on the Eugene Young Professionals Council and Summit planning committees as well as the Planning Committee for Market Fest – a three-day community festival.
Andy Vobora, Vice President of Stakeholder Relations: Andy arrived in Eugene in 1978 to attend the University of Oregon. Andy played football while attending the University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. A four-year letterman and three-year starter, he was selected to the PAC 10 All-Academic team his senior year. He took more than 32 years of experience and became the Vice President of Stakeholder Relations at Travel Lane County in February 2016. In this role, he is responsible for membership, visitor services, destination development, local media relations, and government relations. His long history of community involvement includes serving for the past 21 years on the local leadership council for SMART Reading, Oregon’s early literacy program. He serves on the Hosea Youth Services board, is a Rotarian, is active in his church, and regularly participates in the chamber of commerce activities.
