We are ready to HUSTLE to overcome challenges, ENGAGE towards a hopeful future, lean into the hard conversations, and CONNECT to build the resilient community and thriving economy that we want to see in Eugene as Young Professionals.
The 9th Annual Young Professionals (YP) Summit is Eugene’s premiere, one-day conference that focuses on helping YPs activate their curiosity, discover new ways to grow personally and professionally, foster connections, and dig into the community to initiate positive change. Join other young professionals for a day of exploration, fueled by inspiring speakers, insightful panel discussions, motivating change-maker sessions, and opportunities to connect with the leaders of today and tomorrow.
Attendees get a full day of engagement, access to our keynote speaker, lunch, multiple breakout sessions, and 20 Under 40 Awards Ceremony. The first 100 Early-Bird Registrations receive a YP T-shirt (Limited availability). Early bird registration open through July 31.
