In this year of near-record breaking submissions\, selecting only 20 to represent this set of high-achieving professionals was a challenge.  \nWhen a community is home to as much dedicated leadership as we’ve seen in through the 11 years of the 20 under 40 awards\, it’s an indication of the great things ahead.
